We provide restaurants and bars with a fully customized menu that can be executed on site with little to no extra labor. All items can be completely cooked ahead of time and simply require heating and serving. We can also manage all aspects of preparation and production to help manage labor costs and staffing shortages.

We can manage small to medium scale projects that would present issues with a normal co-packing service. We don’t have a minimum order structure and are happy to work with any program in the NY Metro area to develop a long-term, cost efficient, and sustainable option for any consistent ordering needs.
